all that you pretty much have to do is take one of the bolts out from the caliper
-Lift caliper
-Take out pads
-Get screw driver
-Unscrew screws on rotor
-Take off rotor.
-To put back on follow those steps only in reverse.

Oh by the way, make sure to bleed your breaks
