He's at least pretty freaking miserable at this particular moment, for some reason, and he's expressing himself inappropriately. :shrug:

I have no idea what was the nature of the controversy at the track.

However, I personally witnessed the conclusion of a race that was decided, quite simply, by the fact that one of the competitors placed his signal/timing device farther forward on the car than did the guy in second place.

Both competitors were within the rules as far as where the timer was placed.

To the spectators, it looked like one person might have won, but the timers recorded a win for the other person.
