basically it all boils down to this. stop shutting down the tracks and street racing will eventually dwindle away. 20 bucks a day for legal racing or watch your car get towed when you get caught for illegal street racing? i'd much rather pay the 20 a day and i would like to believe that the majority of people would to.

btw, i'm in orange county here. there are NO tracks that i know of in OC. i have to drive up to irwindale speedway to get to a crappy 1/8 mile track. i don't street race but this is getting very frustrating for me to find a decent place to race. anyone else here from OC? do you guys know of any decent 1/4 mile tracks here?
