Oh yeah, you hit the nail on the head with that one! I'm just a mean old Republican hater and no matter what anyone with right wing political views says on any topic, they're always wrong because they're a Republican! In fact, Republicans don't even deserve to post on this board, because I say so! I hereby banish you all to some other board where you can talk to your Republican buddies and not have to get your feelings hurt by us sarcastic Democrats!

Give me a freakin break.

I don't like your post because you're making grandiose complaints about nothing of consequence.

If I need a part, I can find it just fine through Majestic Honda's or any number of other websites. I don't need to get on the horn to a parts counter or anything. What more does there need to be?

As I already pointed out, what you seem to think is vital for Honda to do, really isn't. They have no reason to do what you want. Do you really think Honda is going to sell more cars because of a little-known parts CD that people who actually order their own parts are able to get their hands on? How many people do you think would really be swayed to buy a Honda or Acura just because of this mythical CD? How many people would even use such a CD?

Sure, it might be nice to have. But really, the benefit (if any) of Honda doing so is so miniscule that they really have no incentive to.

Aside from that, I've never had a problem finding the OEM parts I need, so apparently their customer service ain't so bad as you seem to think it is.

Indeed, this mostly seems to me like making a whole lot of something over nothing in particular.
