ok it had a bunch of people sitting bouncing in a parking lot with huge chrome spinners then this white kid and black kid pull up in some cutlass with black steelies on it... and he is OH NO my car is so un-cool

so the other kid is like "yo dawg lets go to RENT-N-ROLL" it a place where u cant rent like 20's and spinners for a day
