The biggest problem is there is no ECU that will control your automatic transmition and give you the VTEC crossover point, VTEC fuel maps and 8000 rpm redline at the same time. I'd imagine with enough work and research, you might find a way to do it, but I'd recommend you consider converting the car over to a manual if you want a DOHC VTEC engine.
