Default Terrible noise when turning...busted LCA?

Okay...so about a week ago I was driving in this wonderful city of crappy roads...when I hit a manhole cover (sticking up a good 4 inches at least, construction area)...hard. The rear right side hit to be exact. And it wasn't the sound of bottoming out my suspension either. It was instead, a terrible thump on something metal. My guess would be the LCA.

This is where it gets weird...everytime time I make a semi-hard left turn (as in, 15 mph or higher)...I get a terrible noise coming from that area.

These are ITR lca's by the way...is it possible that they're warped slightly and causing this to happen? Sound familiar to anyone...it's bad.
