if it's the piece beneath the door window, you can repaint it, but it won't last long.

if you go to an auto parts store, you should be able to find the paint for bumpers and trim - it has some type of rubber coating to it. you can pull that trim piece off [gently], try to sand it down the best you can, primer it if you want and then repaint it.
