WHEY Protein avoids that, it basically gives you Protein and nothing/not much else. At the expense of not tasting well.
You can always go with a meal supplement that has more calories and fat and stuff in it, as well as the Protein, *and* tastes good.
Problem with those, they cost more and they have the Calories/Fat that you might not want, although a lot of people love them.
those fats are crucial for muscle build and cell replication (acidic fat in fish actually burns off monounsaturated fats like from grease)...fats from nutts, fish, olive oil, are not harmful fats...having at least 7 almonds a day can help rid of "stubborn fat"...in most cases, carbohydrates (bread, pasta, etc) can make for more body fat than a hefty amount of "healthy" fats

stopped with my creatine and protein during this time as it would just go to waste anyway.
I've lost lean mass and gained fat - i eat like i'm still working out 10-15 hours a week

last thing you wanna do when laying off the waits is stop with the protein, protein helps build as well as maintain muscle mass...protein is a suppliment, not a steroid, it doesnt just aid with working out, but helps for a healthy body and lifestyle
