The black part of (I guess you could call it trim.) is starting to deteriorate, and show the metal underneath it. I tried to sand it so that I could paint it black again: however it doesn't look likes it's going to work, I might not be trying hard enough. It is the piece that is located at the base of both the driver side and passenger side windows. Like I said, it is a metal piece, but it looks like it is supposed to have some type of caoting on it. That coating is coming of, (due to weather I think.) Does anyone have any ideas, or had this problem themselves, that might be able to help me with ideas. Pictures would be great.
