a rear sway bar will greatly change the handling characteristics of your Integra. I have the Comptech rear sway/tie-bar installed on my teg and love it. I can kick the back end out around corners.

rear upper strut bar will do very little, its mostly for show. the c-pillar bar MAY make a difference as that is a thin part of the chassis.
