I'd definitely go with the Neo Gens in a 205/40/ZR17. I have that tire size in a Falken and it seems to work alright. Only problem is rubbing when taking corners over bumps. My car is lowered probably about the same as yours on coilovers with no camber kit so my tires are shot after about a year. The neo gens are made to wear evenly, even with negative camber.
