H22 Preludes are so F-ing cheap on the market right now, why would anyone waste the time to stuff one in a Cord? Sell the fricken Accord and go get a Lude.

Else, if you have a new Accord and want a faster version sell it and get a TSX.

It requires a great deal of effort to shove an H22 into an Accord, and it's still not as cheap or common as B's into Civics--so in the end since the H22 runs 3-4g alone you are well better off just getting an H22 Car to go with it and actually have something Honda could service and you could actually get a bank loan for or sell down the road.
