Cut them with a hacksaw. Replacement spring bolts are about 10-15 bucks from the dealer. It's not worth the trouble, and they're generally worthless for reinstallation due to the torsional forces bending the bolts.

When you install new ones, I suggest using Nickel-EZ to inhibit the corrosion that sets in and causes them to be a pain to disassemble.
