This would depend on a lot of things. The material used,(vinyl is cheaper than leather) how much labor is being done (for example, it'd be cheaper if you brought them the pieces rather than having them removing it from the car) and if you want some kind of a design in the seats/panels, etc (either by stitch pattern or if you want something embroidered).

Most good upholstery places does almost everything in the interior (with the exception of the carpeting) for about $1100USD. This would include wrapping the dash, all the seats, all the door panels (sedans would naturally cost more) and any armrests and shift boots and other miscellaneous items.

This is a very general price, as I mentioned there are other factors that would make this cost less/more. Shopping around is your best bet for getting the best price for quality work.
