I go to Davis and I dont know anyone who has tipped a cow. No one likes going around that part of campus, it smells like shit.

But yeah, your numbers are accurate, and if you just want to party at bars and stuff all night long, I dont recommend Davis. I would recommend UCSB or Chico if thats your priority.
