To each their own... I just never could understand that way of thinking. So many cool new flavors when you mix things.
Have a steak, some mashed potatos, and some greenbeans... greenbeans get into the mashed potatoes and some of the juices from the steak flow over to the new bean/potato mess.... :yumyum:
