Ok, I just spent a couple hours in the Dells and I have some information. As far as parks go, there is a very nice state park pretty much right off the freeway that looks to be a great spot. Its called Mirror Lake state park. Lots of shade, picnic tables and built in grills. Its not to big though, it should be enough parking spots if we get there early. In state plates cost $5.00 out of state are $10.00. The park passes can be used at all the parks in the area too so if this place is full we can go to Devils head or some other park.

I also checked into motels etc...
The cheapest one I found was Lake Delton Motel, its $85.00 per night and can have 4 people per room.
There was also a Ramada Inn across the street at about the same price.

These places I found are all within about 5 miles from the highway and very easy to get to. Let me know what you guys want to do.

As far as meeting up in Madison I wont be in this apartment in June but there are plenty of places to meet up around this area and then all roll to the Dells together.
