Nope. The B18B rods are shorter, that along with a taller crank gives the extra displacement over the B18C.
B18A/B, B20B/Z: 5.394" C to C
B18C: 5.433" C to C
To use them you need to also use a B18C crank. It will fit and work fine along with B18C rods in a B18B block. Conversly, you can stroke a B18C using a B18B crank and rod set.
