3) It might rub because 19's are a little wide and I'd go with 225 or 235 series tires. The rear may rub on about one inch of the polyurethane bumper and you can just file it down. It's like where the notch is for the screw closest to the wheel. Not many problems if you were wondering. Lower your car because it will look like an offroad vehicle. Lower about an inch and a half. It shouldn't scratch.
