ONLY honda MTF, gm syncromesh is just like those 'stop leak' products in my opionion, a way to mask real problems.

Redline is synthetic and will eat up your syncros much faster, and not allow them to engage as well.

Honda MTF is what most people will tell you is the best choice, it runs about 4 bucks a quart.
