.Because one, blue coated bulbs are illegal but then again not too many cops care anymore.
two is they suck in the rain, and final is that the bulbs are way dimmer than stock bulbs so safety becomes an issue.
Also, some truly are brighter but they run at a higher wattage which means you are going to either burn ur harness down or damage something else.
HID's are expensive for a reason.
