Well, if he's now doing the timing belt too, I'd say do the tensioner and water pump too. Heck, if he has to take the timing belt off, might as well do the head, intake, and exhaust gaskets as well.

and since he has the intake manifold gasket off he should go ahead and replace the throttle body gasket as well LOL
