I wasn't trying to justify so much as trying to get everyone who was condemming their way of life to take another view of it and try to understand why they are doing it. Their economy in the northernmost areas are slow and the fish population is dwindling due to over fishing and also the seal population so it is a form of natural selection much like deer and elk hunting are.

bu..bu...nut theyre soooo cuuuuuute!



deer hunting in my neck of the woods is done for population control...not for the meat. :dunno:
