you know what its like and how those circumstances can be tough. I on the other hand, do not know first hand what it would be like, so i am still held to my own personal opinion, which some may disagree with, but its how i was raised and what i believe to be right and wrong.
i understand what you mean about families being fed and money to be made, i still just cant justify killing a helpless animal like that, even for the money. Id go hungry for the few days that the hunters are out there before i would brutally kill it with a club. hell i cant even hit a fish over the head when i go fishing, go figure. ive always had a soft side for animals and these types of things make me very agrivated. but see it that the familes that live in those communities struggle and need those jobs to survive and live day to day with the food and money, i can understand that.
Thank you for your kind comments.
One thing I noticed in your post though is the degree of brutality you are capable of.
You say you are unable to hit a fish over the head when you go fishing. So instead of putting it out quickly and "humanely" you let it suffocate instead
You see what I am getting at here? you are al for the killing and eating of the fish but you will allow it to suffer to a degree instead of just putting it out.
Not trying to flame but just trying to make a point on the degree with which we can justify our own actions
