Can't eat a salad, lettuce and other veggies were killed.
How about I gnaw on some wood... no trees would then be harmed or killed.
Dirt, I can eat dirt! Nope... no can't do that. Bugs and insects live in the dirt.
What's left? Water? Well at least I can survive on water.... damnit microbes live in water too. Can't have that.
