Anyone have any info on installing this spoiler.

I notice my usdm trunklid has 2 markings which looks like to me where i should drill for the bolts. heres the pix.

is that correct? and for the center bolt do i have to drill 2 holes, one for the bolt and the other for the wires?

And any other tips i should know about?
