I was at the gas station the other day, and the gas gauge was litterally sitting on empty, however teh light was not on. So I filled up, and i only got 9.7 gallons in, and the tank was full. That would mean, that while my gas gauge was on empty (no light though), i still had like 3.5 gallons left in my tank. What is faulty on my car? I have just been thinking that i have been getting horrible mileage cause i have only been getting 230 miles per tank, and not realizing how much gas iw as actually putting in.
