Very good point. I'm only starting my 4th week and my n00b gains have been pretty decent. If I were taking something like creatine, I'd be tempted to think that that's what's helping me when in fact, my body has so far improved in both size and strength by itself.

I don't claim to be an expert but I hear that premade drinks that supposedly contain creatine are junk. :happysad: Apparently, after being in solution for so long, it breaks down into the waste product creatinine (exactly what CvcExCoupe was describing). But good job with the gains.

Sounds good to me. Some people will disagree but I tend to think of Whey protein powders simply as food.
