First off let me set a few things straight....you asked him if he was comparing it to street racing and you asked him to go that direction....baiting is not cool for any reason.

Second of all I am sur 1992CivSi knows this but let me reiterate it here....street racing is dangerous and illegal. I think we all know this but I have to say it anyways

The discussion of street racing in an objective manner and with regards to other subjects is not against the TOS, however the discussing of "I raced a [insert car] down 58th street" is against the TOS.

Again let me state that baiting a person into saying something or a subject matter is not in any way a mark against that person and is not a fair tactic to use at all.
