I haven't actually bought the parts he listed and tried them on my car but they seem to be the right listings and the site seems trustworthy (I think he actually posts on here sometimes).
You'll also need a set of B-series axels and shift linkage, but I'm guessing you have those with your Del Sol tranny setup. The Del Sol VTEC ECU will also not work. Aside from being designed to control a DOHC VTEC engine, it's also most likely an OBD I ECU ('95 and earlier are OBD I, '96-'98 cars are OBD IIa and '99-'00 are OBD IIb, the ECU plugs are slightly different). You'll need the correct ECU for your car and also for the engine (and OBD I engine won't have the sensors and OBD II ECU needs to be happy).
You mentioned "swap with labor" so I'm assuming your planning to let some shop do your swap. I would definately talk with them and find out what engine they recommend you get. If they say any B18B is fine, consider another shop, there are differences you should know about.
