Well to start of I have a 98 CIvic Ex of course...hense the name...
Yesterday I installed 4 new tokico illumina shocks, installed a rear ingalls camber kit and 4 brand new 17 inch rims. Install went fine on all 4 then I took it for a test drive...
The ride is nice and smooth like I was expecting but when I go over bumps there is a rattling noise coming from the back tires or back wheel well. I folded the back seats down to see if I could maybe hear something in the trunk but nothing. The noise was coming from under the floor from the wheel well. I double checked my trunk and looked under the mat to make sure it was nothing in there. I had my girl drive the car over some bumps and its coming from the wheel well but can't tell what it is.
I took it home and took off one of the rear wheels and checked everything. The bolt going through/holding the shock to the arm was nice and tight. Looked in the trunk and the washers on top of the Shock are tight. Evrything on the shock is seated just like it was supposed to be, just like it is in the front. The camber kit is bolted tight into the body of the car and the bolt holding the camber kit to the arm is tight as well. I figured maybe the bolts keeping the camber kit from moving in and out were lose but they weren't either. I have no idea what it is. The front has no noise at all....beside when I go up the slant into my neighborhood the front makes a squeek/scrape noise but I think I might need to raise it up some since I have the bigger wheels on now...so I don't suspect it to be the shocks or wheels. This pisses me off cause I took my time installing everything and this has to happen. Grrr

But anyways...does anyone have ANY idea of what the noise might be or what I might wanna check.
