well, it depends more on design than material. Steel is strong but heavy, cf is strong, light and expensive, titanium is even more expensive, aluminum can be strong enough if the design is good.

Buy it for the design, not for the material... I'd let this thread sit for a few days, see what people have to say about theirs, and choose based on others' experience.

I personally would recommend neuspeed. I really noticed the difference when I put it on, and the design is very good.
