take it back to the dealer........they "should" give you some goodwill warranty if you complain enough about it. plus it only had 13k on it I'm sure they and easily find whats wrong with it.

my guess would be maybe a bad o2 sensor. the car is 4 years old but only has 13k on it so the sensor could be bad.....?
