Its really easy.

What you do is take every third letter of each word and write it down (open notepad it will help)
then take every second letter of each word and write it down (keep them in seperate lists).
Do the same with the first letter then do the fourth letter.

Disregard the rest of the email at that point.

Ok now for the hard part.
From the first list you need to take every other letter
second list take every 3rd letter
third list every 4th letter
fourth list every 5th letter

Ok now from this list you combine them placing one letter from each list after each other and then it should make a run on word which you will have to seperate etc.
