well there are alot of options when it comes to drop...if you want adjustable drop, go with coilovers...if not, go with springs, but no matter what, make sure you get good adjustable shocks with them....if you go coilovers, tein ss are a really good full setup. If you wanna go sleeve coilover, go with ground control and either tockio illumina or koni yellow shocks. If you go with springs, go with either H&R sport (low), H&R race (really low). eibach prokit (not too low), or eibach sportlines (pretty low). I have a 2000 accord EX and i've got ground control coilovers with tokico illumina shocks, i love'em. i've got the car dropped about 2" all around.
