Snubnose revolvers aren't that bad, my father has a Taurus .38 special snubnose that I can print well on a 25 yard target.

The pistol was free to him though, I wouldn't let him actually buy one.

Don't get a laser sight on your first pistol, they are of limited practicality especially for a range gun.
