He see's your sister, gf, whatever decides he wants to rape her, and does so. What would you do here? Go to the police obviously. Well in Iraq they would not of done a damn thing about it, and didn't when Saddams sons/military officals did the same thing. Sorry to go off topic, but for the life of me I can't understand why anyone would think Iraq should of been left alone.
