S2000's use the K20 motor. also you would have to tub out your car for the driveline which sounds simple but thats alot of fab work. You could not use the f22 tranny bolt pattern isnt the same and could not handle it if it were. If I were you and was going to do this kind of work, I would leave the front suspension the way it is and run a WRX all-wheel drive tranny under your car, then not only would you have a S2000 accord but an all-wheel drive S2000 accord.
