1) Yes it is a noticeable powere improvement but don't expect neck snapping response and power. Overall it is worth it.

2) Yes you can use the F series tranny but I strongly suggest the H series tranny for best results.

3) If you get a full swap then ECU tranny and axles should be included and will be able to drop right in for the most part (varies from model to model but mostly straight swap).

4) Total cost is going to vary for the engine package expect to pay anywhere from 1800 - 2500 with al parts included. For the actua wrench work...totaly dependent on the shop you go to or if you do it yourself.

While you are swapping it out you may want to go ahead and replace timing belt, water pump, and the timing belt tensioner (see if you can swap in one from an H23 its more reliable if you start racing a bit).

Aside from that it is a very reliable swap and if you aren't going to be really high revving or heavily modifying the engine then the stock tensioner works fine.
