Try changing kind of brakes. There are different matherials added to pads. I ran thru same problem when I used lifetime brake pads from schucks, but when I switched to racing pads with brass my problem stopped. But that's on my 15 year old car.
I've always used Raybestos, but should I be using Honda pads or maybe ceramic? I know that some cars' brakes never work as well unless factory pads are installed.
