I've removed my own moonroof before in my GSR to troubleshoot it for not opening and I was quite surprised when I had unscrewed all the bolts that held it in to find that it was super heavy. I had to sit there holding it in a difficult position until my brother came out and helped me out.

Since the glass/rails/motor/frame all come in one piece (can be seperated by comes out of car in one piece), it is best that you just buy it is a complete unit. A local Honda junkyard, Beaver's Honda, is selling it for $120.
