Ok, first of all a timing belt will cost $65, timing belt tensioner $35, water pump $44, a head (which you may not need $150). I bought my integra with 197 and a broken timing belt replaced the above mentioned parts and she ran very nicely for well over 25K then the motor went. WIth that said, this car is well worth buying. If you need a head after you buy this car, PM me, I have a 91 Integra head completely rebuilt with mild PnP.
