first, you need to know that you will never get back what spent into.

second, it's reliable so long as the install is done right (ie:this inclues replacing maintenance items) and you get a good motor.

it can get $$$, to have it installed and done right i would say at least 4K.

with that being said your cheapest most reliable way for an H22 Accord is to buy one already done from a good owner, possibly even a respectable memeber on a honda board. btw mine is for sale.
