on hondas i believe the only thing that can be corrected with an alignment is toe. i just got mine and my camber is messed up and caster too, but caster cant be fixed on my civic. camber can with a camber kit, and the toe can be fixed with the alignment. toe in or out will cause rapid tire wear and will produce bump steering, where ur steering wheel jerks when going over bumps. if your steering is all over the road, then you should get an alignment.
