I dont know if this is the same sounds like it, When the car first starts up the throttle sticks its a known honda issues to do with the Throttle body the fix is simple. You have to take the throttle body and clean it. From what I undertstand its important you use the right cleaning solution and your not suppose to spray on one of the plenum or something>? I have a body that works at Honda and told me thats all i needed to do. Call your local dealership up and speak to someone that knows or works on the cars there.
