I would do a compression test if i were you, if it doesn't feel like it's firing on all 4 cylinders it usually isn't. BTW why the hell do you have a dc header instead of a lovefab turbo manifold on that motor if it's already built?

And i better not hear anything about him having 10+ compression so he can't turbo. All the fast turbo honda's (400+whp) all run high compression pistons on purpose (help spool up, increase flow). Besides when you're sleeved, decked with ARP studs you can take it all day long (provided enough fuel and good tuning)
