I live in Waterbury. I went to the Hamden and Wethersfield DMV they wouldnt even check the noise level they just went by ear. I called Manchester Honda and they told me to contact SEMA and i did and then they told me to put on the stock muffler just to pass, but the problem is is that I dont have my stock muffler anymore. So i dont know what im gunna do but thanx for the help. I dont have to go to emissions i have to get the car inspected.
