Some would even say some internal block work, but I'd say no if you're going to run all that, that I listed above, at like 6-7psi.
Oh, and a lot of Dyno Time.
That's if you want it done right, of course. If you want a car that runs fine some of the time, runs rich others, runs lean others, stops working now and then, and blows up here or there...
Then just go with all the tubes and pipes, the IC, the intank fuel pump, a v-afc or s-afc and some guages / dyno time.
