not likely. Unlike turbo setups where you can mate nearly any turbo to any car assuming you have an appropriate exhaust manifold, roots and twin screw superchargers are generally engineered to be engine specific in shape, dimensions, bolt patterns, sensor and vac line compatibility, etc...

It might be possible to mate some random centerfugal supercharger to your car if you make a custom bracket, get an appropriately sized belt/drive mechanism, and do some creative oil routing (depending on the style of the compressor). Ultimately, it would be pretty hard to pull off, I'd imagine.
